Tried the Miracle Morning. Couldn’t go to sleep early enough not to be incredibly sleepy at 5 am. Tried waking up between 6–7 am. Same problem. Now I just get up when I wake up and get to work and work until I’m done. A good night’s sleep = WAY more efficient day.
